How long is support valid for?

Default purchase is 6-month of support for all the themes, and you can extend it to one year during the purchase process.

What is included in the support scope?

Support covers all the questions you may have regarding the setup of the theme, feature configuration or bugs. Support does NOT cover Ghost installation, theme customization or fixes caused by some modifications of the themes.

What is your support response time?

Our response time does not take longer than 1 business day. It all depends on time zone - in most cases, you will get a response in a matter of hours, sometimes even minutes.

Is the documentation included with the themes?

Yes. Each of our theme comes with detailed documentation that is always available.

For how long will you maintain the themes?

Currently, we don’t have any plans to abandon any of our existing themes. Our goal is to maintain the old themes and to constantly add new ones.

Do you offer theme customization services?

Theme customization services are not included in support scope but you can always reach out to us with your request and we will if we can help you.

On how many domains can I use the themes?

With the Regular license you can use the theme for only one domain (website). If you want to use the theme for multiple websites, our recommendation is that you either purchase the Regular license for each end product or purchase the Extended license.

How often do you update your themes?

Aldough there is no fixed amount of time, date or number for updates, we like to keep all themes compatible with the latest Ghost versions and we like to keep all the themes bug free.

Can I use your themes with Ghost Pro?

Yes, all of our themes can be used with Ghost Pro. The "Starter" plan does not include custom themes, so you need at least the "Creator" plan.

Do you offer a Theme Bundle?

There are different options to get it, you can have a Yearly Access and a Lifetime Access.
