Support covers all the questions you may have regarding the setup of the theme, feature configuration or bugs. Support does NOT cover Ghost installation, theme customization or fixes caused by some modifications of the themes.
Our response time does not take longer than 1 business day. It all depends on time zone - in most cases, you will get a response in a matter of hours, sometimes even minutes.
Yes. Each of our theme comes with detailed documentation that is always available.
Currently, we don’t have any plans to abandon any of our existing themes. Our goal is to maintain the old themes and to constantly add new ones.
Theme customization services are not included in support scope but you can always reach out to us with your request and we will if we can help you.
Aldough there is no fixed amount of time, date or number for updates, we like to keep all themes compatible with the latest Ghost versions and we like to keep all the themes bug free.
This kind of service requires a lot of time and effor by our team and that is why it falls under the "customization" services. We are always here to help you with your questions as much as possible.
